1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Maurizio Colangiuli (Mad Mac), NIE: Y3349828F.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the artist. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Original Works: Each original painting or drawing is a unique, handmade piece. While we strive to display colors accurately, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
- Fine Art Prints (Artist Signed Editions): All prints are produced in-studio by the artist on 185g Fabriano paper, personally inspected, hand-signed, and finished with an embossed seal. These are not mass-produced industrial items.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices for our artworks are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Payments are accepted via Credit Card, PayPal, and (exclusively for original works) Bank Transfer. Shipping will only occur once funds have been fully cleared.
All artworks are shipped from Lanzarote, Canary Islands (Spain).
- Customs Duties: As the Canary Islands are a special fiscal territory, all shipments (including to Mainland Spain and EU countries) may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
- Responsibility: These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. Mad Mac has no control over these charges.
5. COURIER DISCLAIMER
While we take extreme care in packaging (reinforced tubes for prints and professional packing for canvases), we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by postal services or couriers, nor for delays due to customs clearance procedures.
6. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The purchase of an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the Customer. All rights to the images and artworks remain the exclusive property of Maurizio Colangiuli (Mad Mac). Any reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
