SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1.PRICES AND TAXES
All prices listed on the website include taxes applicable at the time of purchase. Since the Canary Islands are a special fiscal territory, all shipments (including to Mainland Spain and European Union) may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local customs fees. These charges are established by the destination country and are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.

2. PAYMENTS

  • For Fine Art Prints: payments are accepted by credit card and PayPal.
  • For Original Works: in addition to the methods listed above, payment can be made by bank transfer. Bank details will be communicated directly to the Customer after order confirmation. Payment must be completed before shipping.

3. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING (FINE ART PRINTS)

All our prints are Artist Signed Editions: high-quality prints on 185g Fabriano paper, personally inspected, hand-signed, and finished with an embossed seal by the artist.

  • Production: Prints are produced in-studio. Average production times are 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping: We offer Free Tracked Shipping within Mainland Spain and the European Union. For the Rest of the World, a flat rate is applied at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Europe: 7-12 business days
    • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, customs checks, etc.).

4. SHIPPING OF ORIGINALS WORKS

Original works are shipped from Lanzarote (Canary Islands - Spain) directly by the artist. Free Tracked and Insured Shipping is included for all destinations. Original canvases are professionally packed to ensure maximum protection. Any customs or import taxes remain the entire responsibility of the Customer.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Prints and posters: as these are not stock items but are made to order, they cannot be returned if the Customer changes their mind. Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrect products. In this case, the Customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@madmac.it, attaching photos of the defect. After verification, a refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
• Original works: given their unique nature, returns are not accepted. Any exceptions (damage during transport) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. REFUND PROCEDURES

Any approved refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, within 14 working days of acceptance of the request.
