FAQs

We welcome all questions and requests from customers, collectors and friends. As some of the questions are often repeated, we have created this FAQ section, where your question may also find an answer. If you do not find the answer to your question in the following section, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@madmac.it

How can I purchase a print?

High-quality prints are available in the Shop for selected works. The prints are produced on premium materials.

Are the prints limited?

It depends on the work. The product page specifies whether the print is part of a limited edition or is open.

Are the original artworks available?

The status (Available/Sold) is indicated on the “Original Artworks” page. Contact the artist directly for pricing information at info@madmac.it

Do you accept custom commissions?

Yes, but I reserve the right to decide whether or not to do so, depending on the subject requested.
Please contact me with details of the subject for a personalized quote.

What is a "Bespoke" artwork?

A unique piece made to order for a client and sold as an exclusive commission.
Contact the artist to discuss your vision at info@madmac.it

What is the commission process?

We start with your idea and the details of the subject, including: the photographic basis to work from (in the case of a car or motorcycle portrait, for example), research, and image quality. Once the quote has been approved, a deposit confirms the order. During this period, you will be kept up to date on progress or contacted for any clarifications or questions.

How long does a commission take?

The turnaround time varies (typically 4-8 weeks, sometimes less) depending on the technique and format. You will be provided with an accurate estimate.

Where do you ship?

I ship original works and prints worldwide using insured and traceable couriers.

What does shipping cost?

Costs vary depending on the format of the work, the destination, and the service chosen. Details are calculated in the shopping cart.
In the case of original and commissioned works, these may sometimes be included in the price.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrect products. Specific conditions apply (see the Returns section).
In the case of original and bespoke artworks, given their unique nature, returns are not accepted. Any exceptions (damage during transport) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
